Waterford on Main has a strict No Party Policy at all times.
Booking Terms:
The guest will be charged a prepayment deposit, to secure the reservation, of the first night’s accommodation when the booking is received.
The balance is payable anytime within the 14 days before arrival or on arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
The guest can cancel free of charge anytime up to 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t arrive they will be charged the total price of the booking.
Extreme Circumstances:
In the event of extreme circumstances rendering an apartment unusable or unavailable Waterford Management reserves the right to cancel a booking. All attempts will be made to relocate the guests to alternate apartments or properties and all deposits will be refunded.
Schoolies Gold Coast:
Waterford on Main is predominantly a residential building and we have a strict no party policy. We are not able to take any schoolies as we do not have any insurance or security to accept schoolies.
